I was hoping to get some updated feedback on Dealcheck app. I've found it to be a simple, yet technical, way to analyze deals. While I'm still at the infant stage of being an investor, it seems like the best deal analyzing tool I can find. I love BP to no end, but find their calculators to labor intensive and quarky on the front end. I love their slide bars and adjustability on the back end, but usually don't make it that far due to said aggravations. I'd love hear others feedback and suggestions!
