Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $188,000

Duplex rented via section 8. Bought it on a Subto Hybrid acquisition where basically the seller is allowing me to take over his mortgage and is also carrying a note for me @ 0% rate. Great deal.
