Sale price: $270,000

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Real estate agent ,it was a short sale and the agent was listing it for the bank.I was a prefered client for the agent .

How did you finance this deal?

Private money

How did you add value to the deal?

Added one more bed room,it was initally 3/2 .Made it into a 4/2
