wells fargo denied loan when I have the loan amount in bank with 780 score

Everyone told me not to use WF. My bad.. The issue is unknown... they actually never bothered to notify me. My realtor did. I think it was because the loan amount is too low..22k. Waiting to hear Monday what they say. Understood it's not worth it for them. Anyhow, I think I will pay cash but I did not want use that much upfront cash...any suggestions? 30k purchase price.

@Matt R. You don't have to use cash. You have choices. Go to a portfolio lender, credit union. They will finance you.

Here is lender from me. Try aimloan.com. They will assist you. Small loan amount doesn't matter.
