Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $15,000

a double outside new orleans, in a residential neighborhood

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

long term investment

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through agent and we did a bond for deed with 5 yr balloon

How did you finance this deal?

Bond for deed than conventional after 5 years

How did you add value to the deal?

upgrading bathrooms and kitchens over time

What was the outcome?

greatest purchase I made, still own and profitable
