Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Buy & Hold this house in 2018 in Hollywood FL. We currently have a tenant paying $2,800.00

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Bought with a friend, we liked the neighborhood, thought that was very upcoming and today the house has very good equity.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on the MLS.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

We did changed the AC & the kitchen.
