Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $275,000
Cash invested: $25,000
Sale price: $387,000

Bought, renovated entire house. resold.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a newer house, in good shape, with profit potential.

Auction. Went to the auction and bid on it.

Renovated the whole house
