Was going to be a new build but turned into a lot flip

Other buy & hold investment in Titusville.
Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $100,000
Bought 3 acre parcel to do a new build on. Sat on it for a year and then resold the lot.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Planned to do a new build on it. Value increase on the lot and had profit so decided to sell it.

Found it through the MLS.
