Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Sale price: $105,000

Picked up this cute 650sq ft, 2/1 on Tuesday. Showed my buyer the house as soon as we got the contract back, sold her on the deal after the walk through. Got her set up with our in house hard money lender 212 Loans and sold it on Saturday!

Sales Price $105k
Rehab $80k
ARV $230k

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is a great up and coming area of Austell, solid pocket with 2/2's that have sold within 17 DOM, and a quick and east

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found this deal as a Pocket Listing.

How did you finance this deal?

My investor financed this deal with our in-house hard money lender 212 Loans.
