13 Acre Land development inside city limits

Other commercial investment investment.
This is a Land development deal, I cannot yet discuss the financial details because this deal is not completed .
I bought this 13 Acre Lot and divided it to 12 buildable lots. It has a long living pond in the center of it, which I plan to declare as nature reserve and install a walking trail.

yes , I always recommend working with a realtor.
