Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Salem.

Purchase price: $398,000
Cash invested: $48,000

my home has been remodeled which reflects throughout the house. It offers a legal 2 bedroom in-law , 2 Kitchens, 3 Full baths, 2 Living rooms, floors, ceiling, walls and 2 finished rooms in the basement .1 car Garage,nice fenced in , new deck, plenty of parking

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The in law apartment was huge for me. I was able to make money on my main level while living in my own in law
