133 Wagon Wheel Road is a 3bedroom, 3bathroom townhome located in Sparta, NJ. We completed a cosmetic rehab including replacing the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint and recessed lighting.
This project was the first time we partnered with a private investor. The investor fully funded the project including constructions costs. We worked with a real estate attorney to create the appropriate legal contracts. We owned this property for about two months and received an excellent cash offer.
