204 Alpine Trail is a 4 bedroom 3bathroom single family home located in the sought after Lake Mohawk Section of Sparta, NJ. We completed a full cosmetic rehab, replaced the roof and septic system.
We learned a lot during this project. We incorrectly determined the after repair value, Interest rates quickly increased, and used a fix and flip line of credit with unexpected costs and regulations. This project reinforced to remain conservative with ARV and the importance of purchase price.
