Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $50,000
Cash invested: $120,000
Sale price: $339,000

Old stone carriage house had substantial deferred maintenance. Worked with CJ Barton Construction, LLC to remodel and rent property. Sold after 2 years (we should've kept it!)

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

J. Barton General Construction, LLC out of Coeur d'Alene, ID, CJ Barton Construction, Spokane Valley, WA.
