Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $160,000

This is a property that we'll BRRR out and keep as a cash flow investment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The location, the style of the home, and the long-term, cash flow opportunity.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We bought it off-market with the assistance of a local wholesale company.

How did you finance this deal?

A combination of hard money and private money.

How did you add value to the deal?

We'll be doing renovations and repairs that could total somewhere in the $55,000 - $65,000 range.
