Single-family residence hard money loan investment.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $366,000
Sale price: $750,000

New Construction of our Floridian model. Even with the Market being in doubt this model sold right away and the ROI was GREAT!

 Build usually take me 3-4 months after permits are approved if we get the ducks in a row from the beginning.
