I did a fix and flip deal out side of my comfort zone.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $73,000
Sale price: $413,000

I bought this property from a seller direct and renovated it. Had an extension in the back. Basement was not finished. I put a new kitchen, new bath, new roof and new kitchen floors with new appliances.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am a Realtor for over 30 years. I always wanted to fix and flip deals because I sold several properties to flippers. Finally my dream came through

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through a friend. it was his sisters house.

friends and family.

by renovating it with excellent work.
