My first deal! Bought this beautiful 3bed 2bath Chalet to turn into a STR. Sits around 2 minutes from ski slopes and 20 minutes from Shenandoah national park. Current cashflow ranges based on seasonality from $400-$1500 per month.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to dip into the world of STR!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found through a local agent and negotiated directly with the seller

How did you finance this deal?

Used my own savings.

How did you add value to the deal?

Updated interior with new furnishings, new paint, smart locks, and appliances.
