I currently use the ring doorbell for my STR and it works great! I agree with @Clara Brechtel about using a Schlage for the smart lock.

@Trevor Riley - After doing my first deal a few months ago, I caught the real estate bug and want to do more! Right now, I'm looking to find a multi-family house hack, but I don't have enough capital to do another deal and I am having to look out of state because I'm not able to afford anything in my current area.
