Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $135,500
Cash invested: $41,000

Purchased this 2/1.5 condo as my first rental unit using a DSCR loan. The property was owned by Zillow and needed little work done. This property greatly boosted my confidence in real estate investing as it confirmed my projections and gave me an easy framework to repeat for future properties.
