This was a hoarder home bought sight unseen through a wholesaler. It has given us every bit of trouble imaginable and we could not be more excited to present a beautiful home at the end of the process.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew getting the first deal done is the most important step in the journey.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wholesaler.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money lender

How did you add value to the deal?

We have rebuilt everything about this home. Electrical, roofing repairs, plumbing leaks, gas leaks, sub flooring, restrooms, heating, kitchen, you name it, we did it.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We learned a lot about how we will systematically break down the flipping process. What will be included in our stage 1, our stage 2 etc etc.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Absolutely. My team at buildmoredoors has been supportive. And Dominic Zendejas the realtor has been extremely helpful
