Georgetown TX Investment Property

Hi! I need input on a specific area in Georgetown and if it's worth investing on a property in this area. I am looking to buy an investment property which can appreciate in the long term. Can hold it for upto 5+ years. Positive cash flow isn't the main priority but I also have been looking for SFH that don't have a huge negative cash flow.

Have a property in Crystal Knoll in Georgetown - very close to the municipal airport. Can you please guide if this would be good area to invest in, mainly from a long term perspective?
