Old Wholesale deal I did from 2015

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $90,000
Cash invested: $860
Sale price: $96,000

I did this deal with a marketing budget of $860. This was done using yellow letters with an absentee list.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wholesaling was the only investment strategy I knew at the time.

Yellow letters, and negotiated over the phone.
