Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $242,000
Cash invested: $100,000
Sale price: $485,000

I had a loan on this unit for $209,000 and was all in for $100,000 including down payment, closing costs, renovations, etc.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Straight forward, quick, and great margins.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional financing with a JV partner, everything split 50/50
