Looking to Connect w/ Other High Volume Investors in STL area!

Hello All,

Me and my partner have began scouring the STL (metro) and surrounding markets, looking to make entry. We currently invest in Detroit, MI / Columbus, OH / Cleveland, OH / Dayton, OH... doing nearly 3-5 rehabs, flips a month.

As we are now moving into a new market and each market poses different challenges, I am looking to connect with other investors in the area that are purchasing a high volume of properties or may currently be managing/renting a large volume of doors. I'd like to discuss any challenges you've faced, what to look out for, tip/tricks for buying in STL, and the best performing properties (In Your Opinion).

Please feel free to reach out directly, or leave a response under this post for everyone to see and learn something from.

LOOKING FORWARD TO CONNECTING!
