I work at New Western which is a nationwide real estate acquisition firm that locates off market property for investors. I bought this deal through my company and had a relationship with a reliable contractor that I met through an investor client of mine that I sold a couple of flips through. Process was pretty seamless as it was purely a cosmetic flip in an affordable yet highly desirable area. It was a great learning experience and my team is gearing up to do two more deals this quarter!
