Single-family residence hard money loan investment.

Purchase price: $95,000
Cash invested: $366,000
Sale price: $684,900

Brand New Construction - A Vacant lot and turned into this!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Building New Construction Homes is one of the most satisfying things I love to do! Seeing a vacant lot turn into this!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Looking through the MLS, I let my realtor negotiate for me.

How did you finance this deal?

Bought the vacant land outright and the Build was through a Hard Money Lender

How did you add value to the deal?

Building a SFR on a vacant lot

What was the outcome?

Built the house for $125 a Sqft and on the market now for $684,900
