Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $150,000
Sale price: $471,000

Cash deal. Someone else had started and got foreclosed on. Bought from private lender via networking.

It was sold (under contract) via zillow 3 months before house was finished.

Sub out everything myself instead of depending on GC.
