GOOD MORNING ! For anyone I’m the Phoenix market I did this analysis for a rental property. Does renting price look reasonable in the Gilbert market , thank you !

    Rents are different even within a city.  You'll need to be more specific about the location.  Take a look at a rent estimator like rentometer.com.  Use the property address or one in the area you are looking at to gauge what rents look like close to that area.
