Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Louisville.

Purchase price: $82,500
Cash invested: $82,500

We bought this 2 bedroom house with an unruly tenant sight unseen. We plan to make it a 3 bedroom if possible or rent it as a 2 bedroom. Worst case scenario we'll flip it and do well!
