My name is Andy and I have been looking for a Real Estate Investment meetup group over the last few month. My wife and I will be looking to purchase our first home/investment property in March of 2022 and would love to meet local agents and investors for strategies and advice. My BP Dashboard has local events on the bottom Right side.  Go to your dash board and scroll down.

Meetup.com has numerous San Diego RE related Meetups.  There is one most days of the week.  SDREI and Private Lending Masters (especially the on-site meetups) are two of my favorites.  My all time favorite local RE Meetup stopped maybe 2 years ago, but it was run by local BP members and always on-site.  Beers and deals is mostly social and a lot of beginners.  There is one posted regularly on BP that started focused towards military, but I understand that focus has been reduced and everyone is invited.

Find the ones that are right for you, your planned investment path, you level of experience, etc.
