Hi Dannial! Very impressed with you reaching out and ready to learn at 19 years old!  My first rental property was our home in Laguna Niguel.  We moved to WA and rented it out rather than sell. I haven't done flips but have had multi-families in the Seattle area which we rehabbed.  I purchased a multi-family in Carlsbad almost 2 years ago.  We completely renovated it and it now has long term tenants.
