Looking for a real estate lawyer that can help with the purchase of my first rental property. Not planning on using a realtor unless someone on here can convince me otherwise

Kara Dodson, soles law. She’s closed 30 props or so for me, from land contracts to option purchases to conventional to cash etc etc.
