Appraising low-valued houses
Hi BP,
I am looking to refinance a few properties I own in price hill Cincinnati
Appraising these houses can be kind of tricky for the price in this neighborhood changed a lot in the past few years.
cuz anyone know a good appraiser or perhaps can't advise on how to go about getting the maximum appraised price of these properties?
