Obtain RE license and eager to learn

Hello BP community,

I as well as my wife are in the process of studying to get our real estate license. We are planning to take our exams within the next 3 weeks.

We are also wanting to invest in sfh BRRR and smaller multifamily properties.

I wanted to ask if anyone had any advice on things to either start doing now to give ourselves the best start possible, or to do immediately once we obtain our license?
