I am looking to invest out of state, in Montgomery AL. What I need is a few contacts, such as a Realtor, Contractor, Appraiser, Title Company etc. I am looking for some recommendations. I am in Maryland, but I am from the area. I have family there that will be my face so to speak. I have already had a couple of connections, but they did not pan out. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
