DFW and surrounding areas

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to network with others in the DFW and Surrounding areas. I've been studying real estate for the last few years. I've been working toward getting my first rental property. But due to COVID and my husband being laid off due to it set us back some. I hate the thought of pulling equity out my house to purchase my first rental. So I am thinking of doing wholesaling. I've tried it before but now I have a better understanding with it. Would love to hear others experience with wholesaling. Thanks for your time.

Anyone can wholesale but if you can get a realestate license I'd highly recommend it.  The real estate professional designation and the demonstrated expertise is important and its possible that they make wholesaling illegal without it at some point.
