I've been tuned in for years but recently joined the site. I'm interested in buy and hold in the Baltimore area but I'm looking to network with anyone active in the area. I've owned buy and hold some years ago but due ended up selling. I'm very eager to get back in the game and doin everything better this time around.

Looking to join masterminds or connect wit RE professionals beginners, accountability partners, or just cordial friendship. I work 9-5 but I'm free to text or chat anytime and free o meet in the evenings and weekends.
