Do you have a rental in Florissant Missouri?

I am looking at a house in Florissant, Missouri. Specifically old towne florissant. It's around 100k 1000sq ft and a 2 bed 1 bath. I am wondering what the market rent in that area for a single family is. Realtor.com shows rents listed around 1,000, is this realistic?
