Looking to Network with Professionals in NASHVILLE

I guess that I am looking for someone that is an investor or someone willing to mentor me as I get my feet wet in the area. I have very few personal contacts in the city and looking for more. Here are my thoughts:

*) Ideally I would like to speak with someone that has investment property (SFR or 1-4s) there in Nashville.
*) Looking for info on trustworthy companies that offer "turn-key" or rent-ready solutions.
*) Looking for a RE Agent/Realtor that will help an out of stater stay away from money pits and areas that won't rent. Not someone that just wants a quick hit and to move on.
*) Looking for solid quality Property Management that won't take advantage of someone out of state.
*) Looking for someone to toss me some pitfalls to avoid that can happen in TN that someone in CA might not be looking out for due to lack of TN experience.

If you can provide any of the above, or know someone that does/can, please feel free to reach out to me! Would be very much appreciative!!!
