Hi All!

Anyone have experience with the Phoenix area and have experience with the Encanto neighborhood?

The rent prices look good however all signs point to a C neighborhood.

Any input is appreciated

@Eric Kulling

Homes in the Encanto Historic District sell for 500k-700k. It's a good neighborhood overall with a mix of remodeled homes and older (around 80-100 years old) homes.

The best areas are going to be west of 19th ave and north of McDowell.
