Newbie Philadelphia Investor looking to network and learn

Hi All,

I am a new real estate investor looking to invest in the Philadelphia city and suburbs. I have just got my credit in order after a few incorrect out standing bills were filled in my name. I am savings about 30% of my salary right now and studying the market with hopes of buying my first house hack in the next few months. The next step I am taking is getting pre-approved for an FHA loan so if anyone has any local lenders that they have worked with in the past please let me know.
