Is there anyone in Tulsa, Oklahoma or surrounding area that is experienced in investing renting/flipping that I could buy lunch or drink. I am actually working on my very first deal and could use a little insight.

There's a bi-weekly meetup that's free to attend. Lots of good people. We usually meet at Wellington Brewery.

There's a FB group (actually 2) dedicated to Tulsa REI and the meetups. Ones a local REIA, one's not. The none REIA seems to be the better of the two.
