Is Oklahoma heating up like Texas?

Hey BiggerPockets investors!

We have been acquiring many rental homes in Oklahoma City for the last 2-3 years. The number of quality opportunities to buy have been, for the most part, enough to sustain our volume. Not sure if its just me but it seems supply/demand is starting to heat up the OKC market.

Who here also operates or wholesales in OKC? Please add me to we can connect.

Are you seeing what I'm seeing or are there more opportunities now? Looking forward to the feedback.

Thank you!

its out of control in my opinion.  the numbers on purchase to rent do not make sense for long term buy and hold at all here right now.  if we had regular bouts of major appreciation i could rationalize this a bit but in okc i just feel that lots of folks are getting in over their heads right now.
