Beginner Boston investor looking to network with anyone! Just trying to learn more about real estate, anything helps! From Boston plan on investing west or south in western mass or CT. Any tips on finding properties, researching the market, areas to avoid, common rookie mistakes, ANYTHING! thanks in advance! Really hope to find a meetup in eastern mass somewhere too, just somewhere casual to ask questions and get to know some investors!
