Cincinnati Ohio-- New wholesaler looking to network

Hello! I am new to the real estate arena and would like to network with some of the fine folks in Cincinnati.

About me: brand new investor, educated myself on the nuts and bolts of wholesaling for a few months, and recently did the first mailing of a yellow letter drip campaign. The campaign has been successful so far and I have two houses under contract: a great handyman special in Columbia Tusculum and a cash flowing duplex in Norwood. My goal is to wholesale property and use the profits to fund my own rehabs and buy and holds so I can provide a better life for my family. And I am serious about making this work!
