Baltimore, MD Networking

Miguel A Ramirez
Posted

Hello,

I am looking to invest in a house in Baltimore. Want to network with a lender, real estate agent, developer, or investor to advise which area would be best to look more into.

FYI currently live in New Jersey, long term plan is to relocate back to Maryland within 2 to 3 years

Hi Miguel,

Is this going be a primary residence?  What are your cash flow goals?  How familiar are you with the neighborhoods?  I'd recommend having a place with an arv over 100k  based on recent comps.  Many places can be in that range with good cash flow.  If its more important to have a place in a nice part of town because its becoming a primary residence you can still rent it in the meantime for decent miney with the right strategy.
