Building my Team- reccomendations

I am in the Williamsburg, Newportnews, and Norfolk area. I was looking for some reccomendations on some good:

Hard money lenders

Contractors

Wholesalers

Property managers

And attorneys!

I know this is alot to ask and will only be relevant to about .1% of people on here but any reccomendations help! Thanks

Hard money lenders - Are you sure you need a hard money lender?  There are so many institutional lenders who are lending at way lower rates and terms there is really no reason to use hard money any more.  Try Lima One or Lending One for a start.

Contractors - Good luck on this one. We don’t have enough contractors in our market to go around.  That said, there is a contractor who frequents the Peninsula Real Estate Investors Assoc who - Joe Rathbun.  BP won’t allow us to post e-mail addresses or phone numbers. You can find him on Facebook as Leo’joe’ Rathbun.

Wholesalers - Your best bet is to attend the Peninsula Real Estate Investors Assoc and the Tidewater Real Estate Investors Group to find the wholesalers.

Property managers - Per BP rules, I’m not allowed to comment on this one.  ;)

And attorneys! - Caplans Law and Anderson Pittman both have offices on both sides of the water, both have great short sale teams, and both are knowledgeable about investing strategies.
