Can anyone share their experience on buying/selling/ renting in this area? I see some full rehab homes selling In the mid to high 2’s, depending on the street. I have spent the last 2 months driving the area and looking at homes. Many of the rehabs that I have seen are poorly done, but doesn’t look like you can find much for less than $200k, move in ready. Homes that need a full rehab are going for $75k+. Is it just super inflated in this area and possible pullback or do you think a move in ready 3/2 in the $170’s is worth it? Section 8 is offering up to $1550 for a 3/2.
