Looking for realistate investors in North Alabama region

My name is Noah Smith, I have marketable knowledge of realistate, investing, flipping, renting. I'm also a professional carpenter, and have in depth knowledge of most any aspect of home construction and renovation, including, connections to professionals in most fields connected to realistate. I'm currently interested in medium to light repair single family and small multifamily in the north Alabama region.

I'm mostly in need of investors/ financial partners prepared to go in on rentals. I've made a few deals including sfh and mfh, and so far have done every aspect on my own. I'm interested to speak with anyone in my area.
